The length of each treatment can be adapted to individual requirements and needs. Session times can be chosen in 10 minute increments up to an hour.
Workstation Massage.
Workstation massage is designed to relieve tension from the neck and shoulders using a variety of acupressure and kneading techniques. This revitalising massage is designed specifically to put your mind at ease and help you de-stress.
It is a quick and effective massage and is ideal for companies with a larger workforce, or those who are unable to leave their desk and would rather have a treatment in the comfort of their workstation.
The length of each treatment is between 10 to 20 minutes.
Indian Head Massage.
Indian head massage, also known as Ayurveda, is India's oldest healing system dating back over thousands of years. This massage promotes relaxation, relieves tension headaches and restores balance and vitality to your body.
